Founder / CEO Darren Matthias
Before founding 2BCompliant Darren worked in senior compliance roles for a number of blue-chip transport businesses, including Network Rail, as well as helping smaller organisations run their fleets.
Passionate about compliance he is highly respected within the transport industry and will always go the extra mile to ensure his clients’ needs are met.
Operations Manager Sofia Matthias
The anchor of the business, Sofia has been integral to 2BCompliant’s continuing growth. With her deep understanding of all aspects of the business’s services, from CPC training to providing external transport managers, Sofia is relied upon by her many clients to help them remain compliant.
Reports Specialist Emilia Albanese
Emilia has become our in-house reporting guru, providing detailed reports and analysis that is vital to our clients remaining compliant. From on-demand, ad-hoc requests to regular reporting, Emilia fulfils her role brilliantly and always has a smile on her face.

Lauren runs our back office, keeping everything in order and makes sure that all accounts are up to date. With many years of experience in this field, she is always there to help keep our wheels moving.
Downloading Team
One of 2BCompliant’s services is visiting sites to download driver cards and HGV vehicle data. By analysing this data, our downloading team produce reports to identify issues and reduce instances of non-compliance. Our team’s proactive approach not only enhances our clients’ operational efficiency but also reduces the risk of penalties and promotes a culture of safety and legal adherence.

Established in 2023, Bogdan was 2BCompliant’s first franchisee and offers our transport compliance and driver CPC training service in Aylesbury and the surrounding parts of Buckinghamshire.
